Do you need to remake up your mind once again?! … Never mind, free returns on all non-damaged items are an available option!
Out of our perspective that getting what fits your soul and style always matters, If you’re not happy with your gear, we will gladly exchange or return any of your items.
What to consider in that case?
For a refund or an exchange of your items within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you need to exchange or return an item, send us an email to vivraofficial@gmail.com and we will send you a return shipping label.
Please notice that to be eligible for a return there are some crucial points to be eligible:
1- your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2- Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction and gift cards are non-returnable items.
3- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
4- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
like: Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
